Welcome to Selfish Incorporated (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at www.selfish.vip (the “Site”) and your purchase of our teeth whitening kits, gels, and related products (the “Products”).

By accessing the Site or purchasing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our Products.

1. Medical Disclaimer & Required Consultation

The Products sold by Selfish Incorporated are for cosmetic purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The information provided on our Site is not a substitute for professional medical or dental advice. You must consult with your licensed dentist or dental care provider before using any Selfish Incorporated Products. Whitening products may cause tooth sensitivity, gum irritation, or other adverse reactions, particularly if you have pre-existing dental conditions such as cavities, exposed roots, or gum disease. By purchasing and using our Products, you acknowledge and agree that you have consulted with a dental professional who has cleared you for the use of cosmetic teeth whitening treatments.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 4 business days for order processing before your parcel leaves our warehouse. Processing times exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Delivery: Once shipped, your parcel will be delivered via our designated carrier within your selected shipping timeframe. We strive for fast delivery, but transit times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Order Modifications & Cancellations

We work hard to ensure fast processing and dispatch. Because of this, once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. If you need to adjust or cancel your order, please contact our Support Team promptly via our Contact Form. You must provide your order number, email address, and details of the requested changes. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to modify it, and you will need to follow our standard Returns Policy once the item is delivered.

4. Missing or Lost Parcels

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Check your surrounding property, including all entrances, porches, and garages, to see if the carrier tucked it out of sight. We also recommend checking with neighbors or other members of your household.
Step 2: If the parcel is still missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Provide them with your tracking number. Often, carriers hold parcels at a local post office or facility for collection.
Step 3: If you have contacted the carrier and the parcel remains unlocated, please reach out to us via our Contact Form and provide the case/reference number given to you by the carrier. We will investigate the matter further.

5. Return and Refund Policy (Final Sale)

Sometimes things don't go as planned! If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the product subject to the following strict conditions:
Timeframe: Items must be returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Condition (Strictly Enforced): Due to strict health and hygiene regulations regarding oral care products, products must be returned completely unused, unopened, and in their original factory-sealed packaging. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any opened products.
Return Process: Contact our Customer Support team with clear photos of your unopened products and valid proof of purchase from www.selfish.vip. You must wait for written approval from our team before sending the items back.
Shipping Costs: We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund.
Tracking: Ensure your return shipment includes a tracking number. You must provide this tracking number to our team so we can monitor the return. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment only after the returned parcel has been received and has passed a thorough condition inspection by our warehouse team.

6. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

By purchasing our Products, you assume all risks associated with their use. You acknowledge that individual results will vary based on genetic traits, the initial shade of your teeth, and adherence to the provided instructions. Selfish Incorporated does not guarantee specific whitening results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable United States and Massachusetts law, Selfish Incorporated, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Products, any physical injury or dental issue resulting from the use of the Products, or your failure to consult a dental professional prior to use.

7. Product Instructions and Compliance

You agree to use the Products strictly in accordance with the instructions, warnings, and guidelines provided on the Product packaging and on our Site. Misuse of the Products, including leaving whitening gel on longer than recommended or using it more frequently than directed, may result in permanent damage to teeth or gums.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services or Products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Massachusetts.
